About Stigall Properties

Our Story

Stigall Properties, LLC is a Kansas City–area company built around two core service areas: property management consulting and facilities management and janitorial services. Together, they help clients strengthen their operations and keep their properties clean, functional, and well maintained.

Founder and president Bryan M. Stigall leads our consulting services. A proud United States Navy veteran, Bryan brings more than 25 years of experience in property management, finance, business development, and property operations. His background spans budgeting, accounting, maintenance, vendor coordination, and management systems, connecting financial oversight with the realities of running a property. His military service shaped the standards he brings to every engagement: discipline, integrity, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Co-owners Jessica Hatch, Treasurer, and Miraha Garza-Torres, Secretary, lead our facilities and janitorial services, overseeing service coordination and delivery.

Our consulting work helps property owners, association boards, and management companies understand where their operations need attention and how to improve them. We review financial and administrative processes, identify unnecessary costs, develop practical procedures, and help implement systems that establish clear responsibilities and support informed decisions.

Our facilities and janitorial services address the daily care and presentation of a property. From routine commercial cleaning and common-area upkeep to turnover and post-construction cleaning, we organize services around each client's needs. Facility assessments, maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, and quality checks help connect the service plan with the work being delivered.

We support commercial and residential properties, condominiums, townhomes, homeowner associations, and housing cooperatives. We also work alongside other property management companies that need consulting expertise or additional facility support. Ongoing property management is available for select properties and associations, with each engagement considered on a case-by-case basis.

Across both sides of our business, our approach is consistent: understand the client's priorities, define the work clearly, and follow through. We believe clients should know who is responsible, what to expect, and how the work supports their property and business goals.
